Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

The short version

The Right Bower app collects no data. None. Zero. The one exception is on this website: if you ask us for the beta, we keep what you send so we can send it to you.

Data collection

The Right Bower app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, device identifiers, or any other data of any kind. (The beta request form on this website is separate, and is described below.)

The app does not contain any analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or telemetry framework. There are no network calls to any server at any time during single-player gameplay.

The beta request form

If you ask for the beta on this website, we keep what you type — your email address, your name if you give one, and how you said you would play — along with the time, the page you sent it from, and an approximate location — country, and usually region and city — worked out from your internet connection by Cloudflare, who serve this site. That location is not your address, and it is often only accurate to the nearest large town.

We use it to send you the beta and to answer you. Requests are stored by our shared form service, which runs on Cloudflare, and they open a ticket in our internal system. To limit abuse the service keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, never the address itself. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list. Email privacy@sandpointstudios.ltd from the address you used and we will delete it.

Local multiplayer

When you use the local WiFi multiplayer feature, game state data (your hand, bids, and card plays) is transmitted directly between devices on your local network using a peer-to-peer TCP connection. This data never leaves your local network and is never sent to any external server.

The player name you choose when joining a multiplayer game is visible only to the other players on the same local network. It is not stored after the session ends.

In-app purchases

Right Bower offers a one-time in-app purchase (host unlock) processed by the Google Play Store. The purchase transaction is handled entirely by Google; Right Bower does not receive, store, or process any payment information directly.

Third-party services

Right Bower uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID (generated by RevenueCat, not linked to any personal information) and purchase receipt data from the Google Play Store. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

No other third-party services, SDKs, or APIs are used.

Children’s privacy

Right Bower does not collect any data from any user, including children. The app is a card game rated for all ages with no user-generated content, no chat functionality, and no social features.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Since we collect no data, we don’t anticipate significant changes.
